Minutes of the Raintree Lake HOA Board Meeting
The regular meeting of the Raintree Lake HOA Association was conducted on October 17th ,2023 at the association hall. The meeting started promptly at 6:30 PM with President, Mr. John Smith , presiding over the present board members.

Dear Residents,
This is to inform you about upcoming changes to landscape maintenance within our beautiful Raintree Lake community. We are excited/implementing several programs designed to enhance the appearance/beauty/aesthetic appeal of our common areas and improve/upgrade/enhance the overall living experience for all residents.
Starting on the coming weeks, we will be implementing a revised schedule our landscape maintenance routine. This includes weekly trimming of grass areas and planting a variety of colorful flowers. Our dedicated team is committed to providing exceptional service to ensure that Raintree Lake remains a welcoming/delightful/picturesque community for all.
